Meet Léo in a Career Interview
Hello, my name is Léo Lamyeiche. I’m a Junior Consultant for the CMP entity at Coexya. I joined in June 2023, so I’ve been here for a year and a half, and I’ve been working as a document processing developer on a project for AXA for the past seven months.
Can you tell us about Coexya’s CMP entity?
We’re based in Paris and focus on customer relationship solutions for businesses. This includes document management systems (DMS), document processing, and similar services.
Could you share more about your career change?
I graduated from a post-secondary business school in 2021 and started my career as a business developer. However, I quickly realised I wanted to transition into IT. That’s when I came across Coexya’s offer, which included internal training at their Rennes headquarters. Everything went smoothly, and that’s how I ended up here.
How did you discover Coexya?
I knew people who had worked at Coexya, and I was aware that they recruited from various fields specifically to support career changes like mine. I also quickly saw that Coexya was a dynamic company with lots of opportunities, whether for internal growth, training, or personal development. That made me want to join right away.
What was the recruitment process like?
The recruitment process was fairly straightforward. I had an initial phone interview with the recruitment team to discuss my CV in more depth. After that, I met with the directors. The interactions were very human and went well—we could see that we’d be able to work together effectively, and everything fell into place from there.
