Meet Juan

Juan, Project Manager in Coexya’s Mobility unit, talks to us about his missions

Meet Juan, Project Manager at Coexya

Hello, my name is Juan Bermudez. I’ve been working at Coexya for eight years, and I’m a Project Manager within the Mobility entity.

Can you describe the Mobility entity?

The Mobility entity consists of about thirty team members and specialises in providing digital solutions for all stakeholders in the mobility sector. These stakeholders can include transport operators, private companies such as parking managers, and public entities like regions or local authorities.

What are your responsibilities?

As a Project Manager in the Mobility entity, I am responsible for the costs, timelines, and scope of my various projects. I am involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to project launch, requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, team management, and project closure.

What are the highlights of your role?

Being a Project Manager is a fascinating role because it requires wearing several hats:

  • Functional expertise: I gather client requirements, help formalise them, and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Project management: I handle risk management, team supervision, and ensure project milestones are met.

  • Commercial aspect: I contribute to pre-sales activities, identify new client needs, and propose tailored solutions.

  • Human element: I communicate with various stakeholders and manage conflict resolution when necessary.

Why should someone join Coexya’s Mobility entity?

Working in the Mobility entity means contributing to a relevant and impactful topic that affects everyone and has visible daily impacts. We collaborate with a variety of actors, both public and private, and our primary goal is to help users get around more easily.

There’s an ecological aspect to our work as we promote public transportation and carpooling solutions to reduce car use. There’s also a social dimension—we develop tools to facilitate mobility for people with disabilities.

Beyond the meaningful projects, we enjoy a great work atmosphere and a dynamic team. So, join us!
