Meet Fabian
Hello, my name is Fabian Collard. I have been working at Coexya for 20 years and I am the Director of the CMP Business Unit in Paris.
What does the CMP Business Unit do, and in what way is its work unique within Coexya ?
The CMP Business Unit (Content Management Paris) has two main areas of activity :
- CCM : desktop publishing development to complement the offering of the EDI BU in Rennes, enabling us to deploy developers to client sites in Paris
- ECM : project management support throughout the document lifecycle (digitisation, EDM, archiving, electronic signatures, desktop publishing, e-invoicing, etc.)
What about the CMP BU’s flagship activity ?
For over 15 years, we have focused on building a team of experts specialising in the document lifecycle. This multi-skilled team comprises professionals from a wide range of backgrounds (functional, technical) but all with a focus on documents.
This specialised skills hub has been named HUBEXYA.
How does HUBEXYA stand out in the market ?
- Experts covering every stage of the document lifecycle
- Involvement in all phases of a project, from scoping through to project management
- Our clients can entrust us with the complete management of their ECM activities
- With Hubexya, CMP is able to enter into all types of contracts (time and materials, fixed-price, CDS, etc.)
Can you tell us more about your team ? How is it organised ?
The two CCM and ECM divisions are led by division heads who are themselves experts in their respective fields :
- CCM : Pascal Bleivas
- ECM : Yves Charbonnier
Each division head manages teams of consultants specialising in these areas on a day-to-day basis.
What is the current challenge facing CMP ?
Under the 2026 Finance Act, all French companies will be required to digitise their invoicing processes via an approved platform, with effect from September 2026.
CMP positions itself as a leading partner for its clients and approved platforms.
We are currently recruiting experts, project managers, ECM business analysts and, of course, software developers !
